Depois do sucesso do LinkRUNNERS aqui em Londres, estamos iniciando os preparativos para a estréia na querida Sampa!

Aqui em Londres, estamos nos preparando para a segunda corrida e o time está crescendo. Simultaneamente estamos organizando a estreia em São Paulo, com inscrições também abertas.

Mas o que é o LinkRUNNERS?

O grupo foi formado em cima da ideologia Live & Run. Queremos compartilhar com as pessoas a vida com Significado que ganhamos e temos com Deus [o Live]; e adquirir uma vida mais saudável com a prática da corrida [o Run].

Com esta finalidade providenciamos os treinos e toda ajuda durante a jornada e temos no dia da prova um tempo de reencontro com amigos, sem se esquecer da comunhão gostosa que rola também durante os treinos. Também distribuímos literatura no dia da corrida falando do amor de Deus.

Qualquer pessoa pode participar, basta um pouco de disciplina e muita motivação.

Aí no Brasil teremos a acessoria do Binho (nosso Virtual Coach) que carrega mais de 60 provas em várias partes do globo em seu CV.

Como Participar?

Galera da Inglaterra: As inscrições estão abertas para KINGSTON 10K. Inscreva-se o quanto antes pois as vagas são limitadas. Depois é só encarar os treinos, CORAGEM!

God, running?

Did you ever think about God as a Runner?

Jesus in one of his teachings describes the story of a Father and his two sons. One day the younger son asked his share of the Father’s inheritance and left his family. He set-off for a distant country and there the fun began. With money in his pocket he lived wealth and wild. As he spent everything a famine appeared in the whole country and the guy happen to be in need. He found a job and was placed in the fields to feed the pigs. He was so hungry that he could dream about the pig’s food, but no one gave him anything. When he came to his senses, he thought about his Father and the people who use to work for him with no lack of care or food. He decided to go home and thought about his speech:

“I will say: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired men!’ Decision & speech made, he went back to his country.

As he was in his way home, a long way off, his Father saw him and Ran to his son with compassion for him, threw his arms around him and kissed him.

Speech time: ”Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son…” STOP said the Father!

Then he looked at his servants and gave an order:

“-Quick, bring the best robe and put it on him. Put also a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and lets do a barbecue; for my son was dead and he is alive again!”

This Father represents God in His mission to deal with our free will, while waiting for us to come back to our senses and return to our Creator. The story shows the Love of the Father and His ability to forgive, to honour you again and even RUN TO MEET YOU where you are, long way off or hiding in the last corner. If you have the courage to discover your Heavenly Father He will be willing to reveal Himself as the One who loved you first.

Then, you will be able to run next time with the Father supporting you!
